The Family Coach Training Custom Coaching Program provides you with the structure, curriculum and accountability you require to take your coaching and your business to the next level. The outcome? Your new coaching systems and models will function in a logical, efficient, and unified manner, paced to create REAL results. You will become aligned with your vision, not left wandering about in your dreams. Exactly how does this happen? Your own personal Certified Family Coach will be your guide, supervisor and mentor as you create and implement a development plan designed to dramatically improve your coaching, your application/business and your life.

Program Elements

• From the beginning you will measure your ongoing progress using proven coaching techniques and benchmarks. Time is now ON your side. Our 12 Week Program will take you to new heights!
• Your Certified Family Coach will partner with you to help you create the coaching application or business you desire, not the fictional business others have told you that you “should” have or “could” have. Our templates are just that – you and your coach adapt them to your unique offering. Imagine having clients find you and hire you NOW!
• You may choose to enhance your Coaching Program utilizing the outstanding optional Vision in Action Home Learning CD Series for your own self-coaching and review process. • This program is designed to be adapted to where you are in your business and coaching career. Bring your outcomes, objectives and ideas and we will help you get there!
• This does not replace the Advanced Coaching Course and becoming a Certified Family Coach. It is designed for certified professional coaches who require coaching supervision/business support or any career based outcome. Can also be a template for you working with your clients.

How the Program Works

You and your custom-matched-to-you Certified Family Coach will schedule 4, one-hour live telephone sessions per month for 3 months, for a total of 12 sessions. During your sessions, you and your Coach will integrate our Step by Step Process using our Custom Coaching Manual. Your Coach will guide you, helping you fully leverage your past experience, your current strengths and your future goals.

Between sessions, you will create winning formulas and field test your new strategies with new and existing clients. Your Coach is on tap to support you via email and voice mail as needed, while you explore and expand your business on the ground. This is a REAL TIME process with incorporates accelerated learning techniques with your individual learning style which both you and your Coach will explore together.
